- ItemA RESEARCH PRESENTED TO THE DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES EDUCATION, AKENTEN APPIAH – MENKA UNIVERSITY OF SKILLS TRAINING AND ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT, IN PARTIAL FULFILLMENT OF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE AWARD OF A MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOUR)(2022-11) SAM, ABIGAIL; 7201790005Due to the recognition of government in nation building, the performance of civil servants has been a discussion of the day. With the emergence of the modern state, civil service in developing countries developed not only to make policies but also to implement them effectively. In other words, public service is often associated with efficiency and effectiveness manages development policies and programs. When the public sector was viewed as a significant contributor to economic growth and sociopolitical stability, government participation in national economics significantly increased in Ghana during the post-independence period of the 1960‘s. The study aims to investigate the effect of staff transfer on employee performance, the effect of political influence on employee performance and the moderating role of political influence in the relationship between staff transfer and employee performance. The study employed quantitative research with explanatory study. The population of the current study was defined as 212 employees in Kwadaso Municipal Assembly in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. The study used 150 employees of the assembly as a sample size. The current study was conducted in the form of a survey, with data being gathered via a questionnaire. Data were analysed using SPSS (v.23). The researcher used frequencies, percentages, mean scores, and standard deviation, as the data analysis techniques. Ordinary Least Square (OLS) was used for the analysis. The study found that there was a positive and significant relationship between staff transfer and employee performance. The study revealed that there was a positive and significant relationship between political influence and employee performance. The results show that political influence does not moderate the relationship between staff transfer and employee performance.
- ItemAN ASSESSMENT OF THE IMPACT OF PACKAGING ON ORGANIZATIONAL SALES TURNOVER IN PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY; THE CASE OF SHALINA HEALTH CARE GHANA LIMITED.(2022) KINGSLEY, OTOO; 7201780005Packaging and its consequences have received attention from both practitioners and academics, with several scholars attempting to investigate impact of package and its elements on consumer’s overall purchase decision whilst others – on every stage of consumer’s decision-making process. Nevertheless, the extant literature on this issue do not provide unanimous answer concerning impact of package elements on consumer’s buying behaviour. In light of this, this research examines the impact of packaging on the sales turnover of pharmaceutical products at Shalina Healthcare Ghana Limited using a quantitative research approach and purposive sampling technique. The data relies mainly on primary data which was sourced via a questionnaire. Using purposive sample and cross-sectional data of 150 customers of the firm, the study found that there exists a relationship between product packaging, sales turnover, product attractiveness, and consumers’ interest. It further establishes that packaging impacts positively decision making of consumers of Shalina’s healthcare Limited. The study further reveals that product attractiveness impacts positively and significantly in stimulating consumers’ interest towards the product of Shalina healthcare Limited. The study therefore concludes that product packaging plays a critical role in the marketing of products as well as generating sales turnover. The study recommends that since product packaging influences sales turnover, Shalina and its management should put in measures to manage its brand personality and the overall packaging elements effectively to increase its sales turnover over time. aFurther studies could increase the sample size used and could explore the same phenomena from the employee’s perspective.
- ItemANALYSIS OF ON-THE-JOB TRAINING ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT AAMUSTED(2022-11) OWUSU, CHRISTIANA; 7201790009performance in AAMUSTED –Kumasi. A sizable literature and some other scholarly articles suggest that if employees undergo on-the-job training, they improve their skills and knowledge to carry on task to increase productivity of industry or organization. Further research identified the problem of low productivity in AAMUSTED due to low performance of employees. The target population comprised of all employees in AAMUSTED of which stratified sampling technique were used to select seventy-nine (79) employees, 53 were Senior Staff and 26 were senior members to fill a structured questionnaire from departments within AAMUSTED. The information for this study is gathered by a questionnaire. The questionnaire was delivered to the respondents, after the submit immediate feedback. The data is organized into tables in order of frequencies, percentages, mean and standard deviation using statistical package for social science (SPSS). The study reveals that on-the-job training methods that were majorly used included coaching and job rotation. The study further discovered that there was a positive relationship between on-the-job and employee performance. Finally the concluded that on-the-job training largely contributes to improved employee performance.
- ItemASSESSING THE EFFECT OF MARKET ORIENTATION AND ENTREPRENEURIAL ORIENTATION ON SME PERFORMANCE IN GHANA(2022) ERNEST, YAW AMOAHThis study sought to assess the effect of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation on performance of SMEs firms in Ghana. Data for the study was obtained from 330 samples SMEs from industry, service and manufacturing selected from three provinces in Ghana using structured questionnaires. The data for the study was analysed using structural equation modelling by the help of SPSS and SmartPLS v.3.2.7 softwares. Findings from this study showed a positive and significant relationship between market orientation and firm performance. Again, the findings from this study revealed a positive and significant relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and SME performance. Furthermore, findings with regards to the study revealed that, MO has a positive and significant influence on EO. From the findings of the study, the study concludes that both MO and EO do improve SME performance. This study provides new insights into the MO-performance and EO-performance relationships among SMEs from developing economies context particularly in Ghana. The findings of this study further thus suggest that, EO and MO could assist firms to be innovative, proactive, risk takers in order to have insight about customers, competitors as well as their employees to achieve their corporate objectives. The study recommended that small and medium enterprises utilise their knowledge gained effectively and efficiently in order to realise the gains as found in this study in terms of the benefits or advantages of being entrepreneurial as well as being a market-oriented firm. Also, managers or business owners should also be prepared to take risks. When you lose it serves as a lesson for future business deals. When you succeed, it adds to the fortune of the firm.
- ItemASSESSING THE EFFECT OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND HIGH-PERFORMANCE WORK SYSTEM ON EMPLOYEE INNOVATIVENESS: THE ROLE OF GRIT AND KNOWLEDGE SHARING(2022-09) BEATRICE ACHEAMPONG; 8210380004Understanding the causes and effects of employee innovation involvement—the extent to which an employee is involved in generating and executing innovations in his or her organization—is crucial since innovating is critical to boosting organizational performance and competitiveness. Leadership's refusal to embrace employee concerns about innovation has harmed staff productivity, performance, and commitments, as well as job satisfaction. The study sought to assess the effect of transformational leadership and high-performance work system on employee innovativeness at AAMUSTED: The role of grit and knowledge sharing. The research design was descriptive design using survey method. The total population used in the current study was 663. A structured and close-ended questionnaire was used for the current study. SPSS was used to analyze respondents’ demographics, regression, moderating analysis, and hypotheses testing. PROCESS MACRO was used to present the moderation roles of GRIT and knowledge sharing. The study found that transformational leadership positively and significantly related with employee innovativeness. The study revealed that high-performance work system positively and significantly related with employee innovativeness. Furthermore, the moderating effect of knowledge sharing culture in the relationship between GRIT and employee innovativeness was significant. Lastly, the mediating effect of GRIT in the relationship between high-performance work system and employee innovativeness at AAMUSTED was significant.
- ItemASSESSING THE MEDIATING EFFECT OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SERVICE QUALITY AND CUSTOMER LOYALTY IN THE BANKING SECTOR(UMB)(2022) COMFORT, OFORI; 7201780004The main aim of this research is to examine the mediating effect of customer satisfaction in the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty in the banking sector (UMB). The study employed quantitative research with explanatory study. The sample of the current study was 150 respondents from Universal Merchant Bank (UMB) in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. The study was conducted in the form of a survey, with data being gathered via questionnaire. Multiple regression analysis were used to the hypotheses testing. The study identified that customer satisfaction has a mediating effect on both service quality and customer loyalty.

- ItemASSESSMENT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE QUALITY AT TAFO GHANA POST COMPANY LTD.(2022-09) SACKEY, FRANSCISCA; 7201790029The supply of quality services by the Ghana Post Company Ltd enhances the success of businesses and standard of living of individuals in the country. However, individuals and businesses in the country continue to suffer due to poor quality of service from the Ghana Post Company Ltd. The study aimed at assessing the quality of service at the Ghana Post Company Ltd using Tafo as a case study. The study employed quantitative approach. The population comprised of the staff and customers of the Tafo branch of the Ghana Post Company. Convenience sampling was used to select sampled respondents. Data was collected from primary source by administering structured questionnaires to respondents. The study found that customer service at Ghana Post Company Ltd was poor and did not meet the expectation of customers. The study identified some challenges that Ghana Post Company Ltd face in the delivery of quality services to customers. Prominent among these challenges was the lack of modern equipment and technology. The study recommends that Ghana Post Company Ltd put down strategies to offer the necessary customer service practices. There is also the need for the company to train its staff to put up positive attitude towards work as well as the implementation of quality management practices such as total quality management. The provision and implementation of integrated management systems such as enterprise resource planning systems is critical for quality service delivery.
- ItemCOMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE IMPACT OF EXTRINSIC AND INTRINSIC MOTIVATION ON BASIC SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN ASOKORE MAMPONG MUNICIPALITY(2022-11) ATAKORA, DANIEL KWAKU; 7201790015The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of extrinsic and intrinsic motivation on basic school administrators in Asokore Mampong. It also attempted to find out the effects and consequences of no motivation on basic school administrators problems encountered by students in offering accounting. The target population for the study was all headteachers in the Municipality with a total of 51. The sample size for the study was 44 students which were selected using the simple random sampling technique, specifically the lottery method. The instrument used for data collection was questionnaire. Frequencies and percentages were used in analyzing the results. The results were presented using frequency tables. It was found from the study that school administrators are influenced by both intrinsic and extrinsic factors in performing their administrative and academic and duties. The intrinsic factors such as success, pleasure, participation in decision making motivate headteachers in performing their duties in the various school environments. The extrinsic factors that influence school administrators include good salary, regular in-service-training and regular promotion. The study indicated that intrinsic motivation has greater influence on school administration in performing their duties. It is recommended that the school management can apply several activities of "teacher empowerment", one of which is to provide time slots for teachers to exchange information and collaborate with other colleagues, including representatives of school management. The government should commission a study into the financial rewards system in the education service in relation to the contribution of headteachers towards their work, and also find out if it meets their expectation and improvement, upgrading of headteachers' involvement in important managerial processes, socialization, establishment of rules and policies as well as providing avenues for such upgrading
- ItemEFFECT OF WORKFORCE DIVERSITY ON EMPLOYEE WORK PERFORMANCE: A CASE STUDY OF THE ELECTRICITY COMPANY OF GHANA, AGOGO.(2022) ANTWI, EBENEZER; 7201790001In today’s global and competitive environment, the general consensus is that organizations that capitalize on diversity are likely to perform better than organizations without workforce diversity. The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of workforce diversity on employee performance in ECG. This research employed descriptive research design. The study area was ECG Head Office at Agogo in the Atwima Nwabiagya Municipal, and it focused on Management and Administrative staff, Supervisors and Technicians. A sample of 142 respondents was selected using Stratified Sampling technique. Primary data were collected by the researcher from respondents through questionnaires and interviews while secondary data were obtained through reviewing of various documents. The findings of the study revealed that workforce diversity can influence employee performance. This was established due to effect that the overall workforce diversity can have on employee performance. Despite this, the study also highlighted several challenges that hinder organization from benefiting from overall presence of diversified workforce. These challenges include: Lack of human resource expertise; Lack of policy; Lack of Common understanding and Tendency by some employees to think that they know better than others. In order for ECG to benefit from diversified workforce, this study recommended for provision of education on the meanings and aim of diversity workforce, recruitment of new expertise, enhancing management commitment, and formulation of policy on diversity management in the organization.
- ItemEVALUATING THE EFFECT OF RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ON ORGANISATIONAL PERFORMANCE: A CASE STUDY OF AKENTEN APPIAH MENKA UNIVERSITY OF SKILLS TRAINING AND ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT (AAMUSTED).(2022-09) JONAS AKUMTALIBEY; 8210380009The purpose of the study was to evaluate the effect of recruitment and selection on organizational performance: a case study of Akhenaten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development (AAMUSTED). The population of the study comprised all staff at Akenten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development. The purposive and stratified random sampling techniques were used to select 80 senior staff and 28 senior members for the study, totaling, 108 participants. Data for the study was obtained using survey questionnaire. Data collected was edited coded, classified and tabulated. After tabulation, the data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 23.0. Descriptive statistics (frequencies, percentages and mean) were used to present the results of the study. Findings from this study revealed that the University has a formal policy for the recruitment and selection of employees. In line with this, when vacancies occur, existing employees are considered. Findings with regards to the recruitment and selection process revealed that, defining the position required is the most frequently used recruitment and selection process. This is followed by finding job applicants, evaluating the best applicants, Screening the best candidates and interviewing the best candidates. To add to this, findings with regards to the selection process shows that, screening and shortlisting is the most frequently used selection process, followed by reference and background check, interview, Ability and aptitude tests, physical examination and job offer in that order. Furthermore, this study revealed that factors that affected recruitment and selection practices are poor human relations planning, competency level on the part of employee, lack of experience of employer, ineffective job analysis, ineffective selection methods and lack of awareness on the part of employees. The study further found that, recruitment and selection process positively and significantly influence organizational performance. The study proffers some recommendations for management to ensure good and effective recruitment and selection process for the institution.
- ItemEVALUATING THE EFFECTS OF SUPERVISOR’S RELATIONSHIPS WITH EMPLOYEE CYBERLOAFING ON ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE(2022-11) BOAKYE, ALICE; 7201790032Employees’ non-work-related internet activity at work is termed as cyberloafing (Lim, 2002). Examples of cyberloafing include browsing social networking sites (e.g., Facebook and Twitter), watching online videos (e.g., YouTube), surfing non-work-related online websites, online shopping, and others. The general objective of the study is to examine the effect of supervisor’s relationships with employee cyberloafing on organizational performance. Descriptive research design with quantitative approach was used in this study. The population of the current study covers employees at Birth and Death registry in Ashanti Region of Ghana. There are about 43 operational branches in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. All of which constitute 74 staff. Ninety percent of the 74 population for the current study was used as sample size. The sample size constituted 67. The current study employed simple random sampling technique. The study used questionnaire in gathering the data for studying the issue under investigation. It was found that most of the respondents’ supervisor prompts them when they are “running on automatic pilot,” without much awareness of what they are doing. Most of the respondents’ supervisor do not find respondents doing things without paying attention. Most of the respondents’ supervisor gets so focused on the goal respondents want to achieve that they lose touch with what they are doing right now to get there. Most of the respondents’ supervisor finds respondents preoccupied with the future or the past. Most of the respondents’ supervisor do not rush through activities without being really attentive to them. Furthermore, most of respondents’ supervisor permits immediate messaging. Most of respondents’ supervisor permits me to visit online discussion forums. Most of supervisor permits me to play online games. Most of respondents’ supervisor permits me to visit news sites. Most of respondents’ supervisor permits me to download information about non‐work related.
- ItemEXAMINE EMPLOYEE ORIENTATION AND ITS IMPACT ON ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT, FOCUSING ON THE GHANA EDUCATION SERVICE (GES) IN THE ASHANTI REGION AS A CASE STUDY(2022-10) OPOKU-ASARE, DORCAS; 7201790044The core aim of the analysis is to examine employee orientation and its impact on organizational development, focusing on the Ghana Education Service (GES) in the Ashanti region as a case study. Specifically, this research aims at attaining the ensuing objects: to investigate the various orientation programs used by GES, to find out the relevance of employee orientation on organizational development at GES, to recognise the factors affecting GES orientation programs and measures to curb them and to establish the relationship between employee orientation and organizational development at GES. This study employs the quantitative research technique. The quantitative research strategy as part of the mixed method approach of this study comprises the creation of data in quantitative form which was submitted to quantitative analysis in a formal and rigorous way (Saunders et al, 2019). The population of the study is the entire staff of the Ghana Education Service, Ashanti region. The participation for this survey was entirely voluntary and anonymous. The participants could choose not to participate without any adverse consequences to them. Hundred and one (101) employees were selected at random from all departments of the Ghana Education Service in the Ashanti region and purposive sampling was later used to solicit responses from employees’ who had had orientation for the period from 2019-2019. The first objective was to investigate the various orientation programs used by GES. Regarding this, it was established that there were three forms of employee orientation established on the area of training and inducting new hire into GES, thus; formal, self-monitored and monitored orientation methodologies. findings derived from the effect of orientation on organisational development that orientation has motivated employees and made them feel valued by their employers, also orientation has contributed to the development of the organisation through skill enhancement or employee development helping new hires to perform well in their duties, Finally, the research seeks to find out the factors affecting GES orientation programs and measures to curb them.
- ItemEXAMINING THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP ON ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE: THE MODERATING EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE(2022) APPIAH, EDWARD ASAMOAH; 7201790007In today’s fiercely competitive banking industry in Ghana, banks require the necessary set of leadership skills to promote innovation in order to survive within the industry. However, many leaders in the industry have failed to grasp what motivates followers to change their behavior. This study therefore seeks to investigate the moderating role of organisational culture in the relationship between organizational leadership and organizational performance in the banking industry in Ghana. The quantitative study involved the survey of 324 staff of ten selected commercial banks in Kumasi and the data analysed using hierarchical regression modeling method. The result reported transformational leadership style as the dominant in the banking industry. Transformational, transactional, democratic and bureaucratic leadership styles were all found to positively influence the performance of the banking institutions. Democratic leadership produced the highest effect on the performance of the banking institutions and subsequently followed by the transactional leadership style. Nonetheless, charismatic leadership had no significant effect on the performance of the banking institutions. The dominant culture of the banking institutions was the clan and hierarchical cultures. The cultural environment of the banking institutions positively influenced the performance of the banking institutions in the industry. Marketing culture produced the highest effect on the performance of the banking institutions. The dominant cultures, hierarchical and clan cultures, nonetheless, produced no significant effect on the performance of the banking institutions in the industry. The cultural environment was further revealed to positively moderate the effect of transformational, transactional, democratic and bureaucratic leadership on the performance of the institutions. The form moderation was quasi-moderation. Based on these findings, the study recommends promotion of democratic and transactional leadership styles and marketing orientation.
- ItemEXAMINING THE MEDIATING EFFECT OF SELF-CONCEPT AND STUDENTS’ MATHEMATICS INTEREST ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MATHEMATICS ANXIETY AND STUDENTS’ MATHEMATICS ACHIEVEMENT(2022) Nsiah, JanetThe decline in the performances of students in mathematics at all level of education have been attributed to several factors over the years. Studies have attributed factors such as inadequate teaching personnel and resource, anxiety and fear of Mathematics, poor teaching methods, overcrowded classrooms and mathematics attitude of students to the poor achievement of students in the subject. This study sought to investiagte the mediating role of self-concept and student mathematics interest on the relationship between mathematics anxiety and students’ achievement. This study used a quantitative appraoches and adopted a descriptive survey design. A Likert scale questionnaire measuring all the constructs was given to 340 students who were selected using proportionate stratified and simple random sampling techniques from three school in the Atwima Nwabiagya South Municipal in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. It was discovered that students' self-concept and achievement, as well as their interest in mathematics, were significantly positively correlated. However, there was no relationship between their achievement and mathematics anxiety. It was discovered that the relationship between students' mathematics achievement and anxiety was totally mediated by both their interest in mathematics and their self-concept. Therefore, it was suggested that math teachers be encouraged to make math classes engaging so that students would be interested in the subject. Teachers should motivate and encourage students to develop positive sense of achievement to enable them achieve high self concept
- ItemEXPLORING THE ENABLERS AND CHALLENGES OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT ACCESS BANK (GHANA) LIMITED, UPSA BRANCH - ACCRA(2022-09) ATTA KONADU FOFIE; 8210380001The purpose of the study was to explore the enablers and challenges of customer satisfaction at Access Bank (Ghana) Limited. The study was guided by the following objectives; To ascertain the most preferred factors that make customers of Access Bank satisfied, To investigate the challenges that mostly confront customer satisfaction at Access Bank, To assess the level of customer satisfaction and quality of service provided by Access Bank and To examine the relationship between customer commitment and customer satisfaction at Access Bank satisfied. The study employed the exploratory descriptive design. Convenience sampling and purposive sampling methods were used to select participants of the study. 100 respondents from the University of Professional Studies - Accra (UPSA branch of Access Bank to gather primary data. Data was obtained from respondents through questionnaire, interview guide and document analysis guide. Quantitative data were analysed using descriptive statistics such as frequencies and percentages with the help of SPSS version 25. Findings from the study indicated that the bank’s willingness to listen and respond to customer needs showed that majority of the respondents constituting 53% agreed that the bank listened and responded to their needs. 17% of respondents strongly agreed, 21% were undecided, 8% disagreed and only 1% strongly disagreed to the issue of the bank willing to listen and respond to their needs. The researcher introduced customer commitment and therefore tested if it has any effect on customer satisfaction. The findings again indicated that there is a positive correlation between customer commitment and customer satisfaction. From the table, p-value of 0.0000 showed a strong relationship between customer commitment and customer satisfaction at a significant level of 5%. In light of this, the regression analysis disclosed that any change in the satisfaction variables will affect the propensity of customers to remain with the bank. On the whole, the findings indicated that respondents in this study are satisfied and they do not intend to switch to other Banks. Due to the strong relationship xi exhibited by the findings, Banks should focus more on satisfying their customers, retention in that effect will also increase. The study concluded that innovative strategies coulld be implemented to ensure that customers are satisfied so that they can be retained

According to prior studies, organisations must apply motivating personnel practices to achieve these goals, particularly employee empowerment because it is known to be essential for fostering relationships of trust with their organisations that boost performance. Employee training, fostering a work environment that values employee input and autonomy, and providing employees with access to information and feedback are the three parts of this empowerment. There were a variety of attributes to take into account for employee performance constructions. Tests were conducted on each concept to ascertain how each empowerment concept related to worker performance. The Public Procurement Authority of Ghana's central office and its two zonal offices in Kumasi and Takoradi were the study's target populations, but only a sample of 30 respondents was found. The study used a stratified simple random sample and descriptive survey methodology. Questionnaires were administered systematically to get primary data. The Social Science Statistics Software (SPSS) and EXCEL were utilised to analyse the data. The data were descriptively analysed and presented as figures, tables, and percentages. Inferential statistics (correlation) were also utilised to analyse the data. The results show that public sector employees believe empowerment significantly impacts job performance. The concepts of empowerment and employee performance are strongly correlated. Limitations and ideas for additional research were also noted and suggested, along with a discussion of the results' implications. The study recommended that extensive investigation be conducted into the relationship between empowerment and performance from the perspective of demographic variables, as they have also been shown to impact organisational performance.

The study employed qualitative research approach using interviews as its main research instrument for data collection. The sample size for the study was thirty (30) with respondents drawn from various departments such as human resource, operations and general administration. The study found out that, GGL has in place human resource management practices in recognition to key areas like training and development, staff welfare, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, and human resource planning. These practices have been effective in developing the skills and abilities of employees as well as aiding in the recruitment of qualified applicants. It also motivates and creates a congenial environment for outmost performances at work. The study again established that human resource management practices at Garden Gate Limited influences the performance of individual employees through the acquisition of further skills and knowledge, motivation, provision of employee welfare, compensation and benefit schemes which grant employees the impetus to perform exceptionally at the organizational level. The study further established that, the presence of effective human resource practices has resulted in the improved performance and development of the organization particularly in the areas of customer size, goodwill and partnership, productivity, creativity and innovation. The study recommends that management takes additional steps to organize regular training programmes for employees. Again, training and development programs should cover all employees with regard to areas of performance.

Technology has transformed mathematics education from static to a dynamic environment where teachers and students interact to share knowledge and ideas. This study purposed to investigate technology integration in teaching and learning of mathematics in higher educational institutions during the Covid-19 era. The study was on the premise of the Pragmatist paradigm and employed the Sequential Explanatory design of the mixed method approach. A sample of 1500 (1470 found to be valid) respondents were selected using the Proportional Stratified sampling from three (3) tertiary institutions. Ten (10) additional respondents were selected for the qualitative data analysis using the Judgmental Sampling. Thus, the study used questionnaire and a structured interview to collect data. Some items were adopted from Technology Acceptance model (TAM) to suit the objectives of the study and other concepts reviewed. The findings of the study showed that, availability and accessibility of technological tools have significant effect on quality of learning mathematics. Again, Covid-19 pandemic has direct and indirect significant effect on quality of learning mathematics.

These advanced developments are heightened by the support of top management. Consequently, most small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and other supply chain partners are increasingly becoming creativity-oriented by harnessing the ideas and innovative capabilities of individuals at all organizational levels as well as factoring in the support and leadership skills of top management for organizational success. The purpose of this study was to extend the boundary of knowledge on organizational creativity and innovation performance by examining the contingency role of top management support in the creativity-innovation practice nexus. The proposed relationships were tested on a sample of 100 top management and staff ofsmall and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Ashanti region of Ghana. This study adopted a face-to-face data collection approach, specifically delivery-and-collection. The study used inferential statistical tools in analyzing the data. The findings show that organizational creativity has a positive significant effect on the innovation performance of SMEs in Ghana. Also, the relationship between top management support and innovation performance is positive and significant. Finally, top management support positively moderates the relationship between organizational creativity and innovation performance. It is recommended that top management should make efforts to invest in novel and innovative structures that will promote creative strategic decision-making processes in their organization. At the macro level, policymakers should provide enough institutional support to organizations, particularly SMEs to enable them embed creativity in their business practices.
