The study was conducted to investigate the entrepreneurial disposition of fashion design graduates of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions in the Eastern Region of Ghana. The objectives of the study were to determine the relevance of entrepreneurship development, ascertain the level of entrepreneurial disposition of fashion design graduates, establish the challenges associated with the entrepreneurial disposition of fashion design graduates, and find appropriate strategies to improve the entrepreneurial disposition of fashion design graduates. A descriptive survey design was used. The target population for the study was fashion design graduates from three TVET Institutions in the Eastern Region. The accessible population was 439 fashion design students who graduated between 2019 and 2021 at the three TVET Institutions in the Eastern Region. Purposive sampling techniques were used to select the schools and students. The data were analyzed descriptively and presented as percentages, frequencies, and charts. The study found that entrepreneurship development helped in employment generation and provided a source of income for private individuals. Also, fashion design graduates have the innovativeness for entrepreneurship development and have the risk-taking propensity. Some challenges associated with the entrepreneurship disposition of fashion design graduates were inadequate capital and inadequate management skills. Some strategies to improve the entrepreneurship disposition of fashion design graduates are the availability of adequate capital and easy access to financial support. It is recommended that the entrepreneurial development of fashion design graduates should be strengthened and sustained by the Regional Directorate of Ghana TVET Service since entrepreneurship was found to be very relevant for fashion design students. When the recommended strategies are implemented, they will improve the entrepreneurial disposition of fashion design graduates and also heip to reduce unemployment.
