Abstract
This study explore the impact of job satisfaction based on a case study in some hotels in the Wiawso Municipality. The purpose of the study was to explore the impact of job satisfaction on service delivery among hotel workers. The study addressed the following research questions (1) what strategies have been developed and implemented to increase job satisfaction in the hotel?. (2) How effective are these strategies in improving employees job satisfaction among employees in the hotel?. (3) To what extent does work satisfaction influence employees performance and service delivery in the hotel?. Additional analysis revealed different age, gender, education, length of service in the various departments. The various things that have effect on the perception on workers. Recommendations for future research are discussed.
