The study employed a simple linear utility equation of quality healthcare delivery using the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) model. The study looked at how organizational compensation policy impacted on the quality of healthcare delivery of hospitals, and consequently it was deemed that the model specification would enable the researcher to determine the extent to which the compensation policies of the hospitals affected healthcare delivery of hospitals in the Kumasi Metropolis, with particular reference to employees’ retention, employees’ productivity and the extent of quality healthcare delivery. The results revealed that organizational compensation implemented by the hospitals in the Kumasi Metropolis has a significant impact on the quality of healthcare delivery. The results further suggested that there is a positive and a significant relationship between organizational compensation and the productivity of the hospitals in the Kumasi Metropolis. Furthermore, the results revealed that organizational compensation has a positive and significant relationship with the retention of the employees in the hospitals. As it was discovered that organizational compensation had a positive and significant effect on quality healthcare delivery, the study would therefore recommend that organizations would attach importance to the implementation of appropriate remuneration policy structure that would take into consideration changes in the cost of living so as to motivate employees to have a positive mindset towards contributing to the achievement of quality healthcare delivery.
